David Marchetti, AIA, LEED AP, is known for his work on custom homes in the Pacific Northwest, and throughout the American West. This variety of experiences has given him a well-balanced understanding of the technical, environmental, and cultural aspects of residential architecture across a range of climates and communities. Marchetti strives to bring a collaborative approach to all of his projects in support of the ultimate goal of creating beautiful, timeless architecture. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington. Marchetti is a licensed architect and serves on the Silk Cassava Marchetti Board of Directors. Among Marchetti’s notable projects are the Bayside Residence, a waterfront home recently completed in Seattle’s Denny Blaine neighborhood; the widely published Thunderbird Heights Residence in Rancho Mirage, California; the Highlands and Broadmoor Residences in Seattle; and the Oregon Beach House in Ocean Shores, Oregon.
